NYC 2025 Fast Facts
All trips leave from the Beau St. “Park n Ride” (Lakeview Dr) in Washington, PA 15301. Cars may be left for the trip duration at this location. Local police are aware. You will not be ticketed or towed. However, you are leaving at your own risk. Cameras are present closest to the upper, lighted section for monitoring by the township.
Depart: Washington, PA, Friday, 6:00 AM
Arrive: NYC, Friday, approximately 2:00 PM
Depart: NYC, Sunday, 3:00 PM
Return: Washington, PA, Sunday, approx.. 10:00 PM
- Please do not purchase show tickets until the tour date is a guaranteed departure. You will be contacted via email when trips are confirmed.
- A nonrefundable $100 deposit per person is required. Trips are nonrefundable after final payment.
- If you must cancel, deposits can be applied (for 12-month period) for future trips.
- The fee covers the round-trip motor coach (bus), and 2 nights hotel stay at Marriott Marquis in Times Square. Also, includes bus driver tip and porter tips for luggage storage on day of arrival (if rooms are not yet available) and departure (as we need to check out at 10:00 AM – bus will not return to hotel until 3:00 PM.)
- We will have additional options for you to “Add On”.
- A 24-passenger transportation bus will be available Saturday morning at a $10/pp fee. (Limited to 24 seats!)

This is a great option if you are unsure of transportation or a larger group traveling together!
- A two hour “Introduction to NYC” walking tour utilizing a NYC licensed tour guide (Connie “Funburger”) $25/pp on day of arrival
- We will have discounted coupons ($42/pp, retail price is $59/pp) for the Marriott Marquis brunch (which is fabulous!)
- Must purchase 1 week prior to travel through Funburger.
